It is always my pleasure to shoot in a location of your choosing within the LA area, or anywhere around the globe.

Travel over 25 miles from Alhambra, CA will be billed separately for mileage or travel costs.

Retouching

*The price above include 3 retouched images. (Blemish removal, color and exposure adjustment, skin smoothing) Additional professional retouches may be ordered for $75/group image.

Delivery

Images are delivered in a digital gallery as JPEGS. These files are perfect for website use, social media, digital presentations online flyers and more.

Safety and Efficiency Support -

In order to provide a time-efficient and safe session, a lighting assistant may be included for on-location productions at $50/hr. (For travel shoots, rate may vary)

Travel Shoots -

Sheldon is available for national and international shoots, so tell your friends. Clients requesting travel service will be responsible for all necessary travel expenses, paid in advance or arranged on Sheldon’s behalf.

File Delivery Schedule -

Client galleries will be delivered within 48 hours of the shoot date via www.Pixieset.com. Files may be shared, favorited, downloaded, and printed for 14 business days, after which, galleries may be archived.

File Storage -

Client galleries will remain online for up to 14 business days. This allows clients ample time to download their files, choose their desired retouches, share with their teams and review patiently.

Permanent online storage may be purchased for an, optional, $150.

Retouch Selection and Delivery -

We kindly ask that clients delivery all desired retouches as a group, within the allotted storage month. You may either create and favorites group and inform Sheldon via email that the retouch list is complete, or email the file ID numbers to sheldonbotlerphotography@gmail.com (Example DSC_3948, 4001, 4233, and 5893)

Retouch requests will be completed within 7 business days for group sizes 2-20 people. Groups larger than 20 will be completed within 14 business days.

Rush delivery - Need a photo within 24? A rush may be ordered for an additional $100/image.

Retainer Fee/ Cancellation

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm every session via online payment, Paypal Invoice, Square Pay, Zelle, or Direct ACH transfer which is credited to the session fee. The balance is due at the end of your session payable by cash, check or credit card, or online payment. A cancellation of your session forfeits the deposit.

Rush delivery Policy

It is our aim to provide the best quality service for all clients. In order to accommodate each clients retouching requests, they are handled in order of request date. If you would like to skip the line, you may order a rush photo delivery (as stated above). We ask that clients do their best to be organized and book ahead of time to avoid time conflicts.

Usage Rights

The company and individuals may use all photos taken during these sessions for non-exclusive, commercial use. For exclusive rights, please contact sheldonbotlerphotogarphy@gmail.com for additional licensing options.
