PRICING

$150/participant - Includes an image gallery, 1 retouched image per participant. Shot on white or grey backdrop.

*Prices above include 1 retouch per participant. (Blemish removal, color and exposure adjustment, skin smoothing) Additional professional retouches may be ordered for $50/image.

Images are delivered in a digital gallery as JPEGS. These files are perfect for website use, social media, digital presentations online flyers and more.

Location and Shoot Style -

This shoot will take place at a private venue in Gilroy, CA. You will receive the address and parking instructions upon booking.

File Delivery Schedule -

Client galleries will be delivered within 48hr hours of the shoot date via www.Pixieset.com. Retouched images are delivered within 7 business days to clients who choose their retouches by February 30th, 2025.

File Storage -

Client galleries will remain online for up to 1 month. This allows clients ample time to download their files, choose their desired retouches, share with their teams and review patiently.

Permanent online storage may be purchased for an, optional, $75.

Retouch Selection and Delivery -

You may either create and favorites group and inform Sheldon via email that the retouch list is complete, or email the file ID numbers to sheldonbotlerphotography@gmail.com (Example DSC_3948, 4001, 4233, and 5893)

Retouch requests will be completed within 7 business days for group sizes 2-20 people. Groups larger than 20 will be completed within 14 business days. Retouch requests submitted after February 30th, 2025 may experience delayed delivery times.

Rush delivery - Need a photo within 24 -48hrs a rush may be ordered for an additional $100/image.

Additional retouched images may be ordered for $50/image

Retainer Fee/ Cancellation

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm every session via online payment, Paypal Invoice, Square Pay, Zelle, or Direct ACH transfer which is credited to the session fee. The balance is due at the end of your session payable by cash, check or credit card, or online payment. A cancellation of your session forfeits the deposit.

Rush delivery Policy

It is our aim to provide the best quality service for all clients. In order to accommodate each clients retouching requests, they are handled in order of request date. If you would like to skip the line, you may order a rush photo delivery (as stated above). We ask that clients do their best to be organized and book ahead of time to avoid time conflicts.

Usage Rights

The company and individuals may use all photos taken during these sessions for non-exclusive, commercial use. For exclusive rights, please contact me@sheldonbotler.com for additional licensing options.
